Our Story

From paper to digital: a transformation journey

The story started in 2022, inside one of the largest hospital laundry operations in Brazil — processing 350+ tons/month, serving hospitals with audit, invoice and ANVISA weight tolerance requirements.

What existed on the market: spreadsheets that break above 200 tons/month, old desktop software with no mobile, generic fiscal ERPs that do not understand soil index or double weighing. None of them fit.

Founder Rodolfo Almeida set out to build the system inside the operation. Each module was tested on the production floor before becoming a product. Whatever did not pass the operator test did not ship.
