Three variables: processed volume (tons/month), number of hospital clients and modules included. Setup and training are part of the initial proposal. Monthly fee adjusted to the actual size, no hidden charges.

Why is the price not published?

Because pricing depends on processed volume, number of hospital clients and the modules included. A generic table does not fit — a laundry running 50 tons/month does not pay the same as one running 350. After a 30-minute demo with your numbers, we send the proposal.

Is there a setup, training or implementation fee?

Yes, and it is included in the proposal. Implementation varies by size — smaller operations take 1 week, larger ones 2 to 3 weeks. Team training is included. Assisted migration from your current setup (spreadsheet, generic ERP, paper) is included as well.

Is there a lock-in contract or cancellation fee?

No. Simple monthly billing, no lock-in. 30-day money-back guarantee if it does not work for your operation.

Does it work for hospitals with in-house laundry?

Yes. The Advanced plan is designed for multi-unit operations and supports both outsourced and in-house laundries. For internal hospital operations, the focus is traceability, audit trail and reports for CCIH and accreditation.

Can I start with one plan and switch later?

Yes. Migration between plans is simple and billing is prorated. As your operation grows, you change plans with no data rework.

What if I already have my own fiscal ERP?

Cleanifly does not replace fiscal ERPs — it exports invoices in PDF and XLSX for the ERP you already use. Direct API integration is part of the Advanced plan, depending on the ERP.
